| 4. Do not capitalize the first letter of every word or use ALL CAPS in blog description. |
| 5. We can refuse to include or allow links to blogs that includes: |
| -illegal content; |
| -invasions of personal privacy; |
| -pornography or obscenity; |
| -hate or incitement of violence; |
| -graphic violence or other acts resulting in serious injury or death; |
| -inaccurate or irrelevant metadata (spam); & |
| -violations of copyright. |
| 6. All payments except declined submissions are non-refundable. This includes but not limited to blogs that are accpeted yet deactivated due to later violation of our guidelines. |
| 7. Blog Announce reserves the final rights to terminate any blog submission at any time without prior notification. |
